License

Spoores, LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Spoores mobile application strictly in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the application

Data Access

Your data is accessed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Spoores, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to intentional acts and gross negligence.

Warranty

Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Spoores, LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the application or service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
